The Kirwan High AFL Academy was introduced in 2012, strongly pushed by a number of students who worked hard at the end of 2011 to get 20 students to commit to the initial year of the program. The aim of the program is to develop individual skills and knowledge, to improve their ability to perform at their highest level they can, including local, regional and state level.
