When reporting absences, parents/guardians should state:

Date of absence
Reason for absence
If the student is absent two or more days a medical certificate must be provided to the rolls officers in the first year centre.

Update student records
Parents/guardians should email the school about any change to student or parent personal details (including email, mailing address, telephone). The email should state the student's name and HGR class.
In writing: complete a
student details change form (PDF, 82KB) available from the school office in the administration block.
